GDPR training and consultancy for different market sectors 

Transport Sector – National carrier

A national carrier company requested a training program for all staff across all departments and depots with particular emphasis on specific issues, unique to transport sector, including:

• Contract Drivers
• Transfer of personal data between depots
• Control of special instructions on delivery notes
• Sharing of sensitive driver data with external statutory authorities
• Vehicle tracking  and in-cab recording devices.

The solution delivered included a program of training designed to answer these issues as well as provide implementation suggestions to head quarter staff and depot managers whilst supplementing the  awareness e-learning package previously purchased.

IT Sector – National IT support company

A national support company requested a program of staff training and consultancy to ensure all internal procedures and support services to customers  including:

• Providing sufficient guarantees to customers to meet GDPR Art28
• Understanding the customers requirements under the GDPR
• Identifying opportunities in services offered to customers
• Understanding the organisations obligations as a controller under GDPR Art24

The solution delivered includes an ongoing program of training designed to answer these issues as well as provide implementation suggestions to head quarter staff and depot staff whilst also discussing the possibility of increasing customer perception of the organisation through the delivery of white label GDPR courses to the customers.
