Richmond and Wandsworth Councils

The councils approached us through a consortium partner and requested additional training support to council department heads, the housing department and key council housing association partners who handle sensitive personal data. Several courses were selected from the GDPR training program and delivered onsite at Wandsworth Town Hall. The courses delivered included:

• GDPR update training for council DPO

• Gatekeeper training and workshop sessions for department managers

• Gatekeeper training for Housing department staff

• Gatekeeper training for housing association representatives

The gatekeeper training was chosen as it included practical elements including risk identification, mitigation and a breakout session to allow group or department discussion with identification of some post course actions and quick wins.
